Edgewood Pulse:

Sometimes it’s the simple, functional things that keep a community strong. Over at the Edgewood Community Library, they are running a Spring Scavenger Hunt all week long during normal business hours. Kids can search for hidden flowers throughout the library to earn a prize. While you’re at it, bring the younger ones by on Wednesday at 11 AM for Weekly Storytime—this week’s theme is “Boogie Down.”

For our older residents (60+ in Santa Fe County), the Acoustic Guitar Group gathers at the Edgewood Senior Center on Wednesday from 10 AM to noon. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned player or just trying to figure out a few chords; grab your guitar, play some tunes, and stay for lunch. Wrapping up the week, pack up the kids and some non-messy snacks for the library’s Monthly Movie Matinee on Saturday at noon, where they’ll be screening Turning Red.

"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established."
